Hosting and care on Complete Care is one flat monthly fee. Here’s what’s in it, and roughly what each piece typically costs when you buy it separately.
Typical costs are rounded averages of common standalone services for one small-business site (entry-level hosting, a paid DV SSL certificate, a website firewall and malware-scanning plan, a backup add-on, an uptime monitor, a paid DDoS protection plan and a form anti-spam service), plus 30 minutes at the low end of Canadian agency rates (about $120/hour). Prices vary by provider. Support time resets each month and unused minutes don’t roll over; once the included 30 minutes are used, additional support is billed at $75 CAD/hour.
